Maze Maker Adult Example
One original example for adults using the separate blank maze maker sheet. This is not an answer to a published maze; other layouts are valid.
One connected path and a dead end
Follow the o squares from S to F. An X is a wall, not a step. The open square at D5 branches off E5 but has no way forward; return to E5 and continue to F.
| 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| A | S | o | o | o | X | X |
| B | X | X | X | o | X | X |
| C | X | o | o | o | X | X |
| D | X | o | X | X | X | |
| E | X | o | o | o | o | X |
| F | X | X | X | X | o | F |
Route: A1 → A2 → A3 → A4 → B4 → C4 → C3 → C2 → D2 → E2 → E3 → E4 → E5 → F5 → F6. A different maze can be just as good if a solver can reach F without crossing walls or moving diagonally.
