Origami: Paper Airplane

Start with a rectangular sheet of paper held tall (portrait). Fold it in half from left to right, then unfold — this center crease is just a guide.

Fold the top two corners down to meet the center crease, so the top of the paper comes to a point.

Fold that new pointed tip down so it meets the bottom edge of the angled folds you just made.

Fold the top edges in again along the center crease, tucking the folded tip underneath, to sharpen the nose.

Fold the whole plane in half along the center crease, then fold down each side to form the wings, leaving a narrow strip along the bottom as the body. Open the wings out level and it’s ready to fly.
